On Sunday 18th November, thousands gathered to watch the Mayor of Cockermouth Cllr David Malloy and local school children switch on our amazing christmas lights. The street was lined with festive stalls, and entertainment on stage. The street was full with festive cheer.

We have been lucky enough to secure funding from the Armed Forces Covenant Fund for 10 'There but not there' silhouettes perspex figurines to commemorate the fallen. These figures will be used throughout the Town to highlight the sacrifices made by so many. There will be a service on Sunday 11th November 2018 at 1.00pm
